Objectives:
Promote MCI consumer division incentive programs and promote employee satisfaction, retention, and community-building using on-premise kiosks.
While
increasing employee retention through a sense of community provided
by a Kiosk based environment.
Delivery
Media: Custom-developed kiosks deployed in 20 regional consumer division centers. Kiosks were positioned in key locations to promote employee interaction while viewing the kiosk in groups. The kiosks featured full frame 3D animation and an animated character developed by Berlin Productions, Inc. to guide users through the material. Additionally, links were made to seamlessly integrate relevant material from the MCI Intranet.
